DownloadThe Boulder City Horseman's Association is a private association of dues-paying members. BCHA members can enjoy a competition arena, two exercise arenas and three round pens with lights. In addition, the BCHA is surrounded by wide open space for desert trail riding. We are not a riding academy and not open to the public. Invited non paying continuously accompanied guests of members in good standing are always welcome as long as all bylaws, Boulder City Codes, and State Laws are adhered to.
Prospective new members please e-mail us at bchaboard@gmail.com prior to bringing a horse to the BCHA to complete an application and remit all fees required.
BCHA BYLAW ARTICLE FIVE MEMBERSHIP Section 5.01 Qualifications.
Qualifications for membership in BCHA are:
A. Owner of a horse to be kept in the BCHA corrals.
B. Members must be residents of Clark County, Nevada
C. Approval by four members of the Board or a majority of the membership prior to moving any livestock into the corral zone.
E. Payment of membership fees, annual dues, and assessments.
F. A minimum age of 18 years.

We are open to the public for schooling. Reservations and costs are set through Boulder City Parks and Recreation per horse and due in advance. ALL LESSONS MUST BE BOOKED THROUGH BOULDER CITY PARKS AND RECREATION 702-293-5296.
The horseback riding instructors are city employees. They are paid a percentage of the cost of the lessons and ALL registrations and/or payments are taken at the Boulder City's Parks and Recreation main office. Instructors are only to be conducting lessons through the Parks and Recreation program and not independently at the BC arena. All lessons are to be conducted in the Boulder City Arena Only. Participants or their guardian are also required to fill out the BCHA release of liability form provided by BCHA.
The city has every student sign a City of Boulder City release of liability as well as the BC Horseman’s Association release of liability.
